Saratoga Banquet

The design/build project with BBL Construction consists of a 4-story, 16,642 square foot Banquet facility connected to an existing Marriott Hotel in downtown Saratoga Springs. The first floor banquet facility would hold 200+ wedding party or event. The second floor consists of office & storage space. The third floor consists of an outdoor patio/lounge and fourth floor is the connection bridge to the existing hotel. The estimated cost of this project is to be determined. Completion date: T.B.D.
