The Downtown design/build project would involve a 3-story, 34,000 square foot movie theatre with ten screens on Broadway in downtown Saratoga Springs. The buildings ten theatres would hold 1,900 luxurious seats, state of the art sound system and film projection equipment, and an elegant lobby/concession area operated by a national entertainment company. The estimated cost of this project is to be determined. Completion date: T.B.D.
